Over the last few years, Michigan has dealt with a serious contamination within its drinking water supplies. Ever since the Flint, Michigan revelation, residents have had to take precautions to protect themselves and the health of their families. However, since the initial discovery of Michigan’s water supply issue both federal and state officials have been working to provide assistance to residents of these affected communities.
Recently, The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy launched a brand new tool for residents to use to report any concerns over their drinking water. According to Water Online, after completing a form online residents will be given tips and resources to address any drinking water concerns that they may have.
